Organizational:

1.  Provide a ministry relevant to the times in which we live
2.  Plant churches and strengthen existing ones
3.  Continue to reinforce relations between US and Polish churches as well as establish new connections.

Partnerships:

4.  Develop a prayer partnership for the ministry of PCM
5.  Develop financial partnerships to underwrite ministry needs
6.  Develop collaborative partnerships to achieve ministry goals.

Finance:

7.  Determine realistic budget consistent with long term vision
8.  Develop and maintain a marketing campaign geared towards promoting PCM’s support and services
9. Work with Polish churches to become financially independent.

Personnel:

10. Recruit and build PCM staff according to its needs
11. Continue to develop staff to accomplish ministry goals
12. Evaluate annually all forms of accountability with staff and directors.
