C. Wayne Murphy began working full-time with the mission in 1993 and became Executive Director in 1994. The mission work continued to expand with an emphasis on church planting during Wayne’s tenure as Executive Director. He traveled throughout the U.S. to raise support and awareness and made yearly visits to Poland to build and strengthen relationships with the Polish churches. After successfully passing the baton of leadership to David Hatfield in 2013, Wayne and Diana sold their home in the Bel Air, MD, area and built a new home in Paw Paw, WV.

On June 1, 2015, Wayne went to be with the Lord after an extended illness. He will long be remembered and appreciated for his many years of service.
