PCM’s Volunteer Internship Program makes it possible for North American interns to travel to Poland to assist Polish churches in becoming healthy, growing, self-supporting, and reproducing congregations by means of pre-planned service projects and other hands-on ministry.
The program is intended to build stronger relationships with Polish churches as PCM interns provide practical ministry assistance. The program also serves as a motivator for supporting North American churches to maintain and/or expand their level of PCM support. PCM is qualified to serve in a supervisory role for those student interns seeking college credit through their internship.
The PCM Volunteer Internship program works in partnership with Polish churches and other personnel serving the Polish churches. PCM Volunteer Interns will assist Polish congregations/church plants in one or more of the following ways:
- Preaching ministry
- Small group ministry
- Children’s ministry
- Worship ministry
- Local evangelism initiatives (English classes, soccer clinics, etc.)
- Building renovation and work projects that serve the needs of the local church
- Fulfilling other specific needs of the local congregation as needed
